Registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exception.

DO NOT visit the facility if:
 

• You have come into known contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, prior to scheduled camp or clinic.
   
• You or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days, prior to scheduled camp or clinic.

  - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
